EEVEE
3 year old pit mix
Meet Eevee, the lovable, playful momma to her six adorable pups, all named after her Eeveelutions! These cuties have grown up surrounded by their mom’s love and care, and now they’re ready to start their next adventure with their very own families. Eevee's pups have lots of applications, so we are not accepting more meet and greets for them, but Eevee still needs a home of her own!
Eevee is a 3-year-old Pit Bull mix with a heart of gold! She’s sweet, affectionate, and as gentle as can be. She loves going on walks, playing with toys, and soaking up all the love from her humans. Eevee gets along well with other dogs and would be a wonderful companion for kids. She does not do well with cats.
MARSHAL
1 year old pit mix
Marshal has had a bit of a rough start. After surviving Parvo as a puppy, he spent months in a foster-based rescue with little interest, waiting for his chance to shine. But now that he’s with us, he’s showing us just how much love and potential he has to offer.
While he’s a little nervous around new people and unfamiliar places at first, once he gets to know you, he’s the biggest cuddle bug. Marshal is a gentle soul who just wants companionship, but he’ll need someone patient to help him build his confidence and feel secure in new situations. With the right support, we know he’ll blossom into the amazing, affectionate dog he was meant to be.
Marshal thrives when he has the company of other dogs, and we believe he would do best in a home with at least one other dog to help him feel safe and comfortable. His confidence soars when he knows he has a canine buddy by his side, and he’s also been great with cats who are used to dogs.
Given his sweet, sensitive nature, Marshal would do best in a home with teen-aged children, where he can feel more at ease. While he’s been around younger kids in the past, the unpredictability and noise of small children might make him feel a bit uneasy, so a calm, predictable environment would be ideal.
Marshal has one big wish: he hates being in a kennel. He just wants to be with his people or other pups, and it breaks our hearts to see him sad and alone. But with the right family, we know he’ll leave kennel life behind and finally experience the love and stability he’s been craving.

BADEU
10 year old male
Badeu is a loving, gentle soul who has spent much of his life in a local feral colony, facing the harsh realities of street life. Despite his rough past, he has the kindest heart and is now ready to leave behind his old struggles and start a new chapter in a loving home.
When Badeu first came to us, he had raw, irritated skin and significant hair loss—signs of long-term untreated flea dermatitis. Thankfully, after a thorough vet check, we know that with some time, love, and proper care, his skin will heal and his fur will grow back. While he still needs time to fully recover, his sweet personality shines through.
Badeu is an absolute sweetheart with a variety of names and nicknames given to him by his original colony caretaker, including Louie, Duey, Dude, and, of course, Badeu! He’s a submissive and gentle boy who gets along well with other cats, but because of his difficult past, any future kitty friends should be calm and accepting. Badeu needs to feel safe and supported, so a calm, peaceful environment would be ideal for him to continue his healing process.
While he’s still adjusting to life inside, Badeu’s resilient spirit and sweetness make him an absolute joy to be around. He’s looking for a family that will give him the time, patience, and care he needs to heal physically and emotionally. In return, he’ll reward you with the love and loyalty of a cat who’s just grateful to have a safe, loving home. Badeu is seeking a foster to adopt family while his skin issues heal.
BELLA
6 year old female
Meet Bella, a resilient girl, estimated to be around 6 years old, who has endured unimaginable cruelty. Bella lived her entire life as part of a feral cat colony. She continually had litter after litter, who never survived. In July, Bella was discovered with severe injuries after being shot multiple times, likely with a BB or pellet gun. She was trapped by an amazing rescuer and rushed to receive care from her rescuer and a dedicated team through Spay it Forward. After months of round the clock care, medications and socialization, Bella is ready to find her forever family.
Bella’s treatment was extensive, involving surgery to remove bullets, repair damaged tissue, and provide her with ongoing pain management and rehabilitation. Although Bella's story is a stark reminder of the cruelty some animals face, it also reflects her incredible strength. The photos below show her injuries and healing process over time.
Although still timid at first, once Bella learns to trust you, she is such a lover. Her affections can be won over with Churu treats and gentle petting. Bella would thrive in a calm and patient environment. She is comfortable with other cats, and we are unsure of dogs. Bella deserves a chance to be the pampered house cat she was always destined to be.
FROSTINE

Meet Frostine, a sweet and loving 2-year-old kitty who was found as a stray and is now looking for her forever home! Named after Queen Frostine from Candy Land, this beautiful girl is affectionate and gentle once she gets to know you. Frostine is a laid-back and docile companion who loves cuddles and attention. While she’s still adjusting to life with other cats, she’s doing her best to find her place. If you’re looking for a calm, loving cat to join your family, Frostine might be the perfect fit. SLURPEE

Slurpee is a strikingly handsome boy with a big personality and a heart full of love! He came to us on 7/11, after being found as a stray. Slurpee is super friendly and affectionate, and when he’s feeling comfortable, he’ll roll over onto his back, flop around, and beg for pets. His curiosity knows no bounds—this brave boy is always exploring and getting into everything. Whether it’s a new nook or a shiny object, Slurpee is eager to discover the world around him! Slurpee is also a treat lover! He gets so excited when it's treat time—he’ll leap into the air and chase his snacks with impressive energy. His favorite treat time is paired with his favorite catnip crayons, which he loves to bat around and chew on. He’s an enthusiastic player and will keep you entertained with his acrobatics as he jumps, chases, and rolls around with his toys. He does great with other cats and some dogs. Slurpee is not one to back down, though—he's definitely the type of cat who will let a dog know when they’re being too much. He’s got confidence for days! However, as much as he loves to play, Slurpee can get a bit overstimulated. He enjoys rough play, but sometimes that excitement can lead to play biting. His future family will need to be able to read his body language and recognize when he needs a break to calm down. Slurpee will thrive in a household with cat-savvy, older children or teens who understand his boundaries and can give him the space he needs when he gets overstimulated. We recommend that he not be placed in a home with small children due to his play style. With lots of playtime and mental stimulation, Slurpee will exert his energy then settle down to become your best pal. Slurpee is also FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), but don’t let that discourage you! Cats with FIV can live long, happy lives and can safely live with other FIV+ or FIV- cats, or even alone. He’s not slowing down any time soon! Slurpee is ready to settle down and find a home where he can get the love, attention, and care he deserves. With a bit of patience, understanding, and an environment that matches his playful nature, Slurpee will be a loyal and loving companion. Could you be the one to give this sweet boy his second chance?

VINCENZO

This social butterfly adores being around people and will happily soak up all the love and attention you have to offer. If you’re looking for a companion who’ll always want to be near you, Vincenzo is your guy! He loves being petted, playing with toys (catnip is his favorite!), and indulging in treats. His curious nature means he enjoys exploring his surroundings, and he’s sure to keep you entertained with his adventures.
Vincenzo gets along well with other cats and would be okay in a home with cat-respectful children. We’re not sure how he feels about dogs, but his friendly personality might make him a good candidate for careful introductions.
While we don’t know much about Vincenzo’s past, we do know he came to us with a chip from animal control in Virginia Beach that wasn’t registered. Despite efforts to locate an owner, no one has stepped forward, so now this wonderful cat is searching for a family to call his own.
ZALE

While he’s a total sweetheart, Zale does have a special dietary need. He’s on a prescription diet of c/d multi-care stress food to help him stay in the best health possible, so his new family will need to continue this diet.
Zale thrives in a calm environment where he can feel secure and relaxed, so a peaceful home will be the perfect setting for him to really shine. His friendly and easygoing nature makes him a joy to be around, and he’s sure to fill your days with love and laughter.

Nellie is super friendly and full of personality. She loves to play, especially when it comes to chasing toys around the room and climbing up her favorite cat towers. Her playful nature is contagious—she’ll keep you entertained for hours as she zips around, showing off her acrobatic skills and playing with anything that moves!
While Nellie is independent and loves her playtime, she also has a soft side. She’s affectionate and enjoys spending time with her people, whether it’s curling up for some quiet snuggles or just being near you as you go about your day.
BEAU

Beau is a sweet, snuggly little guy with a heart full of love and curiosity! He was found as a stray kitten, just weeks old, alongside his family. While three of his siblings have already found their forever homes, Beau and his best friend Nellie are still on the lookout for their special family. Kamikaze might have a bold name, but he’s a total softie who loves head rubs and gentle play. He does have a cloudy eye that impairs his vision, but it requires no special care at this time. He is able to navigate his surroundings and play without a problem.
These kittens are the perfect balance of playful and snuggly. They love to chase toys and explore, but they’re more docile than your average goofy kittens. They are all around 4 months old. They’re happiest when curled up with their humans, purring away the day.

DJ is a special girl who came to us as a stray with her brother, Grant. DJ and Grant were feral kittens and went through multiple foster homes to find a best match to work with their personalities and socialize with them.
DJ is still a nervous girl, but has grown so much with her foster. She is easily motivated by string toys and playtime. She allows petting on her own terms. She is still working to build her trust and confidence.
DJ is captivated by other cats and requires another friendly cat in her home. Other cats help her feel more secure and trusting of people. DJ will thrive in a calm and patient home that is willing to give her all of the time and love she deserves!

Foster Families Needed
KITTENS
We are always in need of reliable foster homes for kittens up to 6 months old, moms cats with nursing kittens, and neonatal kittens. Our greatest need is fosters willing to take on a mom and nursing kittens!
WOASH can provide food, litter, and other supplies while foster families provide the love and care. Once kittens are of appropriate age and vet care, they begin seeking their forever homes through the WOASH adoption process.
