Mandy is a silly 6 year old who loves pets and naps. Her favorite activity is playing hide and seek under her blankets. Mandy's owner had to go to a retirement home, and could not take Mandy with her. Years ago by the previous owner's vet, Mandy was diagnosed with FIP. Mandy cannot live with other cats, but can live with other species of animals. More info about FIP can be shared with anyone interested in her. She is in great health and at this time does not require anything special, aside from routine vet visits, like any other pet. Eventually, she could more supportive care, but has lived with disease for years with no complications. Due to Mandy's diagnosis, she must remain in a cage at the shelter. We try to give her as much love, toys, and space as possible, but it is not life for a cat to remain in a cage. We are hoping someone will adopt Mandy soon and give her the home she deserves.
