Catastrophe was just that when he came through our doors... a catastrophe. He is the sweetest, 14 year old man. When he arrived, he had a large wound in his leg that was filled with maggots. Our vet and tech cleaned him up and he is healing well. He was also infested with fleas and extremely underweight. Due to his age, few teeth, and being front declawed, he could not fend for himself. Catastrophe had a microchip, but the owner was never able to be reached. Blood work results indicate that he is in early kidney failure, so he is on a kidney care diet. We are seeking a foster or adopter for him with the understanding that he has medical needs and we can not guarantee life expectancy. He has so much love to give and deserves to live out his retirement in a loving home. When someone enters the room, he immediately jumps up for attention and he never stops purring.
